What a great experience and incredible way to end our time in Savannah, GA. Prince Louis (not sure if thats the name?) was just phenomenal at explaining the menu, and getting us out order. He’s such a joy! Also, the food was excellent. We arrived at 9:30ish, just before the rush time and didn’t have to wait to be seated!

What a gem! Great location, fantastic food. Go here on a nice day and sit outside. My wife enjoyed her Notorious FIG cocktail, while the 'Tall Glass of Water' was nice and mild, perfect for the heat. The shrimp and grits were fantastic and so was the buffalo chicken sandwhich. It appears brunch is served all day.

Sometimes we are not judged by our perfection, yet more so when we make mistakes and how we handle them. I am celiac..I cannot have gluten. I was served a dish that I did question was made GF, and told the gluten looking item was cornstarch. I did take two bites until I saw a food runner rushing towards me with a different plate. Only to be stopped by someone else, I got nervous. Come to find out the dish given to me was for another table. Now my reaction is a tad different, it takes about 3 hrs for a small headache to start..then grows to a full blown migraine until I throw up. My psoriasis all over my body will also itch, however the response the restaurant took after they knew what happened is what made all the difference. I would much rather sing their praises on that..they comped our meal and brought me the best oatmeal breakfast I have ever had. I did get itchy skin and nauseous feeling, but after many prayers to God, I am happy to report I was able to enjoy Savannah. #SOthankful long story- not so short .. we would go back, mistakes happen and how Collins Quarter staff handled it saved the day.

I’d give this place 10 stars out of 5 if I could. First off, we were walking with our puppy and they were very accommodating; outdoor heated seating in December, he had a water bowl and very spacious outdoor area overlooking the park. Our server and the manager were absolutely amazing. The manager was making rounds and decided to say hello and ask how everything was going. Very comfortable and welcoming. Ordered the chai latte and chicken and waffle. My wife had the mimosa and strawberry French toast. Everything was delicious! We were so happy to have stopped here. We will definitely be back when visiting Savannah. A must-try in Savannah!

The food is so good, this is a Savannah must try!!!
This was our first stop visiting from out of state and the food was so delicious we made sure to make it our last stop before going to the airport.
The service and outdoor seating were also wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!
Pictured are the Monarch mimosa, chicken and waffles with a side of hasbrowns (order the hashbrowns, they are incredible!!), the fried chicken sandwich with fries, avocado toast (best I have EVER had), hashbrowns, and lox bagel.
Make sure you put Collin’s Quarter on your list if you are in town!!

Had Brunch at this beautiful place… We tried chicken spicy burger which was less spicy but tangy in taste . Most awesome was mimosa. And most delicious was Turkish egg. Oat’s cinnamon smoothie was Ok. But overall 5/5 experience. Must try when in savannah

Very cute place. Our waiter was very friendly and accommodating. We ate the bulgogi Benedict and the chicken and waffles. Both so good and flavorful! The park hot chocolate and iced coffee were also both delicious. The place was clean and modern. I loved how bright it was! We sat inside but there’s plenty of outdoor seating on a warmer day.

Honestly folks, if there was an extra star for being over the top, this place is the most eligible brunch spot. Not only is the location perfect for a relaxed brunch, if you have little ones, there is a great playground right here. Out door seating is limited, but absolutely roomy. I highly recommend the Aussie Cappacuino. The coffee beans are amazing! Chicken and Waffles for the meal. An incredible pairing. The kids yell me that the fries are 👌 perfect! Btw a limited kids menu, yet very plentiful. Our server was Hamilton and for those who follow, I typically only mention those servers that are outstanding. This guy was great, absolutely the ideal server.
So stop in while you're in the area and enjoy the best brunch venue around.

How can you visit Savannah without coming to Forsyth Park and Collins Quarter. This place is always our final stop before heading home. They have 2 Collins Quarter restaurants in Savannah, but we love this location the best. The sun was shining but it was still bitterly cold. Lucky for us they had the heat lamps out. We were sat outside and close to our heat source.
I started with iced Thai coffee and my sister had a hot matcha. Beautifully made and a great start to brunch. We ordered the Turkish eggs with falafel and Mushy toast. 3 different mushrooms roasted and topped with an egg and pickled celery. Both were equally delicious and perfect portions for brunch. The place was busy and service was adequate for the after church rush. Our waiter was friendly and there when we needed him.
We sat and enjoyed the sun after we finished eating and didn't feel rushed to turn over our table. Another successful meal at one of our favorite brunch spots. Will be back again when we visit Savannah.

We had such a great experience at The Collins Quarter this weekend! Even on a busy holiday weekend, we were seated quickly and the line moved surprisingly fast. The service was just as impressive — Bella was our server and she was fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and efficient without ever making us feel rushed.
The food absolutely lived up to the hype. I had their famous chicken and waffles and it was delicious — perfectly crispy chicken, fluffy waffle, and the sauce was incredible. My husband ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and loved it. My friend had the chicken shawarma and said the chicken was seasoned really well, and the fries were perfectly crispy.
Great food, great service, and a smooth experience even during peak hours. We’d definitely come back next time we’re in Savannah!
